  • GOAL SETTING

    Just like our athletes, we do a full medical evaluation on every one of our Motiv8 clients. It is just as , if not more, important for the general fitness community to understand what is putting you in pain and to correct it!

  • The workouts

    Sessions run about 45 minutes in total. We do 5 - 8 minute complexes. Whether you are on the field or in the weight room, we will make sure to meet all your needs. The 5 Zones include Prep, Movement, Strength, Cardio, Recovery.

  • THE SCIENCE

    Running uptempo 8-minute zones gives us enough time to work on each client’s specific goals without leaving anything out in just 45 minutes! In addition to this, constantly changing energy systems help build overall metabolism and improves recovery!
